At the February 19, 2020 Regular Board Meeting, the TCWD Board of Directors adopted a Policy on Discontinuation of Residential Water Service which includes the criteria by which residential water services may be discontinued for nonpayment consistent with State Health and Safety Codes (116906 - 116918). This policy does not apply to any accounts for non-residential services.
