Fernando Paludi | Biography 

Fernando is a registered civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in the water industry. Before joining TCWD, Fernando served as the Executive Manager of External Affairs for West Basin Municipal Water District where he oversaw the water resources planning and policy, public information and education, government affairs, customer agency relations, grant management, and conservation programs. Prior to this role at West Basin MWD, Fernando served as the Associate General Manager for five years, including nine months as the Interim General Manager. Fernando also served as a Senior Engineer at Metropolitan Water District of Southern California for ten years.

Fernando holds a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of California.
