The Trabuco Canyon Public Financing Authority (TCPFA) was founded for the purposes of assisting the Trabuco Canyon Water District (TCWD) and its Community Facilities Districts in the issuance of pooled financing securities. Per the bylaws of the Authority, the TCPFA meets on an annual basis at the TCWD Administrative Facility Board Room.
