TCWD is a small, but complex, water district with a diversified portfolio of water resource management solutions and practices for the customers in its service area. In addition to the provision of safe drinking water for the most basic and essential needs of our customers, TCWD manages the sanitary sewer system in the master planned communities on the Upper Plano, as well as committed to the recycle and capture of run-off water, both naturally occurring and excess irrigation.
