Trabuco Canyon Water District (TCWD) strives to provide our customers with the most efficient, fair, and courteous customer service as possible.
TCWD’s Customer Service Department covers everything from answering questions concerning utility bills to contacting customers if their monthly read comes back unusually high. Customer Service is the center hub of the District when it comes to any and all customer concerns.
It is the consistent goal to assist our customers with their needs and concerns. In order to remain efficient and effective, TCWD has worked to streamline our administrative processes and policies.

DROPCOUNTR MOBILE APPLICATION
As part of the District's AMR/AMI Implementation project that was completed in 2023, the District partnered with Dropcountr to provide active customers access to their water demand data from the water meter through a mobile application and online portal. Dropcountr provides your water use data when you need it with the ability to drill down to incremental monitoring periods to identify anomalies and set alerts for higher-than-normal usage for potential leaks. Additionally, the mobile app is customizable to provide key performance indicators by tracking water usage over extended periods.
