Purchased in 1996 and located in the Dove Canyon Center, the Trabuco Canyon Water District building was expanded in 2000 to keep all our employees under one roof. The expanded facility includes the latest technology and makes operations as efficient as possible.
Water Treatment Plant
The Water Treatment Facility is the only potable water treatment facility in southern Orange County. Treating Colorado River water, the treatment facilities allow TCWD to provide water to other districts at peak demand periods to augment supply.
Pumps Make It All Happen
When you deliver water at the highest altitude of any water district in the County, pumps and electricity are the heart and life-blood of the operation. Our pumping facilities have a frequent maintenance and replacement program. We have increased the efficiency of our pumping as much as 200% with our new replacement program.
Our Own Lab For Water Testing
TCWDs state-of-the-art laboratory facility is the center of our water testing program. This is one of the steps TCWD takes to ensure our customers have the purest water in southern Orange County.
