The Trabuco Canyon Improvement Corporation (TCIC) was founded for the purposes of assisting Trabuco Canyon Water District (TCWD) in the issuance of Certificates of Participation Securities. Per the Bylaws of the Corporation, the TCIC meets on an annual basis at the TCWD Administrative Facility Board Room.
