GLENN ACOSTA | Biography

Glenn Acosta has served on the TCWD Board of Directors since 2003. In 2006 and 2007, he served as Board President. “It’s incredibly satisfying to represent the community I live in and those we serve,” Glenn said. “I’m fortunate to be part of an agency with dedicated employees, responsive management, and fellow board members that take great care in ensuring that we provide cost effective, quality service to our ratepayers.”

Mr. Acosta previously served as Director of the South Orange County Wastewater Authority, a joint powers authority amongst 10 agencies and cities managing the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of wastewater for more than 500,000 homes and businesses. He currently serves as a Commissioner on the Santiago Aqueduct Commission, a joint powers authority overseeing one of the primary water supply pipelines into South Orange County, and as Director of the Joint Powers Insurance Authority for the Association of California Water Agencies.
